Our Background

Zippy Zain's has been made available in 2020. This enhancer has existed for generations, and the tradition has been passed from Father to Son. The techniques have been reclaimed for the new era, from old West Indian (Trinidadian) practices. The traditional practices were mastered and improved upon by my father; and he then used what he had available at the time, to develop the method for attaining the ideal balance between heat and flavor. The end result was Zippy Zain's.

We have never considered this a "pepper sauce". It's much more than that. It adds a distinctive quality and definition to the dish, without being overpowering. It has both flavor and heat, and enhances your food's flavor (not change it.) This is the secret.

The blend has been present at all family gatherings; and has been used to signify a deep level of friendship for our family's friends. Now our creation has been made available for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
